I’d take grilled salmon any day, but frying it in butter and honey with toasted sesame seeds is easier to do in this cold weather. Last night I tried something different, frying it first then drizzling it with honey and my lemon-infused olive oil — and it was tasty also! The vegetable dish is called Garden Vegetable Tian by City Julep. What I like about her recipe is the touch of chicken broth. I will try it again adding potatoes and tomatoes next time.
