A friend shared this recipe with me on Facebook. It’s easy to make and I like the combined texture and flavor of ripe bananas and pecan nuts. My husband — who has a sweet tooth — complained it needed sugar, totally missing the point. But I think if you’re not on a diet this will taste great with caramel syrup 😉
Two great things about this recipe: we discovered that each cookie is less than 50 calories, and that almond milk tastes great and it’s low-calorie, lactose-free, cholesterol-free, etc. The recipe recommends raisins, or you can also try it with dried cranberries.
