This recipe was shared by a friend who kept bringing this awesome dessert to many potluck parties in Nigeria. It is so easy and quick to make, I am in trouble for learning to do this while trying to lose weight.

I used a Pyrex baking tray with lid so it could be stored in the fridge and brought to school. This was my “welcome back to school” treat to the staff. I made the slices small, knowing most people would probably want to lose weight this New Year. So at 15 slices per tray, each serving was 200 calories. The only thing I would change next time I make this is to use less salt and more dark chocolate.
