“Use your head: forget florets, roast the whole damn cauliflower”
The original recipe is from Pure Wow. My version a 10x spicier because I used cayenne instead of chili powder. The whole head was too much for my husband and I, but the leftovers have been put to good use in a variety of ways – mixed with other roasted veggies, added to soup, to add kick and flavor to vegetable omelet, etc.
The first step is to trim the leaves
Combine all the spices with the yoghurt and olive oil
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 400F
