I befriendd someone who loves to cook and experiment with his own recipes. We’ve been enjoying his special barbecue sauce all week. We tried it on grilled pork chop, pan fried pork chop, roasted chicken, salmon, and even sausage cocktails … they were all good. What we love about his sauce is it’s not too thick or heavy, as commercial BBQ sauces tend to overpower the flavor and texture of the meat. His is mildly spicy, with just the right blend of sweetness and tartness.
