Going Low Carb

I’ve been on ketogenic diet aka Low Carb/High Fat (LCHF) diet for two months, about a month on cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD) every weekend so I can still replenish glycogen stores to build muscles while enjoying noodles, pasta, bread, beans, and rice (also donuts). Well, it’s working well for me … lost 5-6 lbs mainly because a high fat diet really makes you feel less hungry.

I’ll be posting the recipes and macros of some new dishes here.

So I’m trying the WordPress app because I use my smartphone all the time to take pictures now.
